When to go
Vietnam

Vietnam is a large country that enjoys a diverse climate, so the best time to visit will depend on where you plan on visiting. November to March is the most popular time to visit the country as the weather is usually drier and temperatures more comfortable. If you're interested in experiencing local culture during your trip, we recommend visiting in late January or early February when the Tet festival welcomes the Vietnamese New Year.

Electrical
Vietnam

Vietnam uses several types of plugs, with type A plugs being more common in the south, type C plugs in the north and some modern hotels using type G plugs similar to the UK. We recommend packing a universal power adaptor to make sure you can always use your UK electronics in Vietnam.
