Day 1 Cape Town - Arrive at any time.

Days 2-12 Namibia (10B,9L,8D) - Fish River Canyon visit, Sossusvlei dunes, game drives in Etosha National Park. Optional visits to Gariep River, or choose among sand boarding, a dolphin cruise, sky diving, quad biking, or a Living Desert tour in Swakopmund.

Days 13-18 Botswana (6B,6L,6D) - Stop over in Kalahari desert. Optional walk to learn survival skills from the locals. Enjoy game walks, traditional mokoro (dug-out canoe) rides and birding on our 2-night bush camping excursion. Camp under ancient baobab trees. Take an optional boat cruise on the Chobe River or a game drive in open safari vehicle.

Days 19-24 Zambia (6B,3L,2D) - Four nights in Livingstone. Camp on a private game farm near Lusaka. Options to visit to the craft markets, visit Victoria Falls, and enjoy white-water rafting, canoeing, elephant-back safari, or even flying over the falls

Days 25-28 Lake Malawi (4B,4L,4D) - Relax on the shores of 'the lake of stars,' visit various lakeside camps. Option to go for walks, snorkelling, village tours, fishing trip.

Days 29-30 Iringa/Dar Es Salaam (2B,2L,2D) - Climb out of the Great Rift Valley, view vast tea plantations, descend down to the Indian Ocean.

Days 31-34 Zanzibar (4B) - Explore Stone Town, guided tour of a spice plantation. Option to visit museums, historical sites, markets, and enjoy the beach and marine activities like snorkelling, scuba diving, and swimming.

Days 35-39 Korogwe/Arusha/Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater (5B,5L,5D) - Catch the ferry to Dar Es Salaam. Catch your first glimpse of Kilimanjaro. Game drives in Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater in 4x4 safari vehicles.

Days 40-43 Nairobi/Lake Nakuru/Kampala (4B,4L,4D) - Stay in a hotel in Nairobi. Game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Cross over the Mau Mau Escarpment to Eldoret, and camp in Kampala.

Days 44-45 Queen Elizabeth National Park (2B,2L,2D) - Game drives. Option to take a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel.

Days 46-49 Gorilla Tracking/Lake Bunyonyi (4B,4L,4D) - Enjoy guided mountain gorilla trek. Option to go canoeing, fishing, hiking, boating.

Days 50-52 Lake Mburo National Park/Jinja (3B,3L,3D) - Game drive. Option to go rafting, kayaking down the Nile River, mountain biking, volunteering with a local project.

Days 53-54 Nairobi (2B,2L,1D) - Cross over into Kenya and on to Nairobi where the tour ends upon arrival in the late afternoon.
