Day 1 Panama City - Arrive at any time.
Day 2-3 Boquete - Option to go whitewater rafting, tour a coffee plantation or hike through the cloud forest.
Day 4-6 Bocas del Toro - Option to snorkel or dive the blue Caribbean waters or look for red frogs at where else Red Frog Beach.
Day 7 Panama City - Fly back to Panama City and visit the Panama Canal.
Day 8-9 San Blas Islands - Option to snorkel the blue Caribbean seas, watch a traditional dance performed by the indigenous Kuna or lounge on the pristine beaches.
Day 10 Panama City - Early morning flight back to the capital. Depart any time after noon.
