Adventure-Passport

Once again we're tearing up the rule books that other companies abide by. We listened to your feedback and created the Adventure Passport to let you change your tour dates to fit your travel plans rather than the other way around.

Simply book any one of a range of 50 great adventure tours in North and South America, Asia, Australasia and Africa, and you'll be able to change the date you join the tour if the progress of your own big adventure trip means you won't make the original start date.

Discounts available too

Even more than that though, if you book two of these tours at the same time, you'll get a 5% discount off both of them or if you book 3 together the discount jumps to 10% or 5, then a massive 15% will be taken off the cost. The tours range from just 4 day tasters with daily departures, to a range of longer adventures with weekly departures right up to big, trans-continental overland trips up to 45 days in length.

Terms and conditions
You must provide a proposed date of travel at the time of the initial booking.
You can only make one free change to another date on the same tour.
Subsequent changes to be charged at £50 per amendment.
When contacting Travel Butler we will need the tour name/tour code, new date, name of passengers(s) and booking number.
You must contact Travel Butler at least 60 days prior to the tour departure to confirm the free of charge date change.
If tour is not taken normal cancellation fees may apply.

Discounts
If you book any 2 of the applicable trips you will receive 5% off your booking
If you book any 3 of the applicable trips you will receive 10% off your booking
If you book any 5 of the applicable trips you will receive 15% off your booking
To be eligible for the discount, multiple trips must be booked at the same time.
Multiple trips are counted based on a per-person, per-trip basis.
