Areas of Dubai

Dubai Beaches: Dubai has a number of excellent beaches and beach parks. Dubai's main beaches run along Jumeria Road. It is one long beach divided up by hotels and private clubs, interspaced by a few public access beaches.

Hatta Fort: Hatta's history dates back between 20 and 30 centuries. Hatta Village is considered one of the most ancient locations in the Emirate of Dubai. The heritage village is distinguished by its fortified buildings.

 

Getting there and around

Dubai International Airport is located about 25km (15mi) outside the city. The journey to/from the city centre takes between 20 - 40 minutes.

Good public transport system including: buses and taxis.
