Annapurna Sanctuary

Trekking Annapurna
On this incredible trekking adventure, you’ll spend 13 challenging days traversing forests of rhododendron, isolated hamlets and mountain villages. For six to seven hours a day, make your way along the trails of this challenging circuit on and around one of the world’s highest mountains while encountering temples, monasteries and breathtaking landscapes. Led by expert guides and assisted by support staff throughout, you’ll be greeted by locals who offer a fascinating glimpse of traditional rural life—and majestic views few rarely experience.
Nepal Adventure

For active adventurers not afraid to break a sweat, our full trekking support staff will bring you close to local cultures before opening a window to the top of the world.
Langtang & Gosainkund
The stunning Langtang Valley lies to the north of Kathmandu and sees fewer trekkers than the Annapurna or Everest regions. In Autumn expect to see superb views of the great peak of Langtang Lirung (7246m), while in spring this is an ideal route for those interested in birds and flowers. Both seasons allow you to reach the glaciers below Langtang Lirung and climb Kyanjin Ri or Tsergo Ri for some magnificent panoramas. Our return takes us past the spectacular holy lake at Gosainkund, an important place of pilgrimage, and across the Laurebena Pass to the end of the trek in the gentler region of Helambu.
Annapurna Sanctuary
The Annapurna Himal is a vast massif with several peaks above 7000m. Part of the range forms a natural amphitheatre known as the Annapurna Sanctuary, ringed by such giants as Annapurna 1, Glacier Dome, Gangapurna, Fang and Machhapuchhare. We trek through forested hillsides to Ghorepani where we ascend Poon Hill for a magnificent panoramic sunrise of the Annapurnas and Dhaulagiri. Entering a narrow valley we pass directly below Machhapuchhare before reaching the Sanctuary, a veritable home of the Gods. We have a day to explore this magnificent place before returning to Pokhara via a different route. This is a fairly strenuous alpine trek offering close-up mountain views equal to any in the Himalaya.
Nepal Family Adventure
The towering peaks of Annapurna seem otherworldly, but this is no fairytale. Nepal’s beauty is very, very real, and something everyone—young or old—should see at least once. This family trip introduces you to the holy city of Kathmandu, home to some of Buddhism’s most important shrines, before spiriting you off to Pokhara and the amazing Annapurna foothills for a walk through the clouds. Later, you’ll get close to the region’s unique wildlife in Chitwan National Park. It’s like a bedtime story, only you’re wide awake.
Everest Base Camp
Everest (8848m) - there is no greater mountain. This lodge-based trek follows in the footsteps of the great climbing parties. This Everest trek passes through Sherpa country past cultivated fields and small villages, we follow the Dudh Kosi before the hard work begins as we climb up to Namche Bazaar. Above the tree line the scenery is stark but spectacular. The incredible monastery at Thyangboche is a photographer's paradise, set against the backdrop of Ama Dablam, Everest and other huge, snowcapped peaks. With time for acclimatisation en route, our goal is Everest Base Camp on the Khumbu Glacier and the opportunity to climb Kala Pattar (5545m) for a breathtaking view of the highest mountain on Earth.Do you want to get into training for your adventure? Himalayan Adventure - Family Holiday
Mighty mountains, thundering rivers and friendly people - Nepal is breathtaking. Explore the rural village of Nuwakot from your converted farm house. Wander amongst distinct Newari architecture in Bandipur's car-free streets, catching glimpses of the Himalayan backdrop. Of course you'll be itching to get up the hills and from the lakeside resort of Begnas we head to the Annapurna foothills for a two-day trek, with jaw-dropping views of towering snow-capped peaks. Porters carry your gear so you can relax and enjoy the scenery. Descend into the steamy jungle of Chitwan National Park where you'll explore the waterways by dugout canoe and go in search of rhino on an elephant-back safari.
Mini Annapurna Circuit
The perfect trek for those who would like to experience Nepal's classic Annapurna Circuit trek in just two weeks.The trail passes through virtually every type of scenery that Nepal has to offer; ranging from sub-tropical through alpine to an arid semi-desert akin to Tibet. With superb views of the Annapurnas and Dhaulagiri and the chance to cross the formidable Thorong La Pass (5416m) it's no wonder this remains one of Nepal's classic treks. Staying in teahouses means we spend time in villages inhabited by many of Nepal's different peoples. After crossing the Thorong La we fly from Jomsom to Pokhara. A demanding yet excellent introduction to walking in the Himalaya.
