Suggested Itinerary

Singapore and Bangkok

Singapore – 3 days

Singapore embodies the finest of the east and west, from colonial architecture to efficient business centres and serene gardens. Attractions include watching the jungle come alive on a night safari at Singapore Zoo, or take a trip to Sentosa Island or treat yourself to a Singapore sling at renowned Raffles Hotel.

We recommend you stay at the Copthorne Orchid 3* from £39 per person per night.

Siem Reap – 2 weeks

Siem Reap is best known for the ancient city of Angkor which was built by the Khmer Empire over 1,000 years ago and it is receiving more tourists every year. Angkor Wat and its satellite temples are the main reason why people visit Siem Reap and you will understand why once you have visited them.

We recommend you book a tour with Intrepid Angkor Explorer from £180 departing from Siem Reap which explores Vietnam.

Bangkok – 3 days

Bangkok is the gateway to Thailand. It is a chaotic, colourful city packed with temples, bustling markets & a variety of entertainment. From here travel north and take an elephant trek through Thailand's tropical jungle or travel south to one of Thailand's many islands and chill out on one of its laid back beaches.

Brisbane – 4 days

Brisbane's city centre sits within a tropical landscape while cooling its toes in the undulating Brisbane River, and it boasts a climate that lures pale and chilly southerners by the truckload. It is a great base to explore the Great Barrier Reef, Fraser Island and Surfers Paradise!

We recommend you stay in the Tinbilly Travellers Hostel from £15 per person per night. You can book a Greyhound pass from Brisbane to Melbourne from £101 per person.

Melbourne – 4 days

Melbourne is the second largest city in Australia and boasts a lively cosmopolitan pulse. It is a city of style with each district having its own character & personality. Venture away from the skyscrapers of the city and explore the diverse and vibrant neighbourhoods including St Kilda, best known for its cake shops and backpacker scene.

We recommend you book the Nomads Melbourne Starts Here Package with 3 nights accommodation with dinner and drinks at the Nomads Industry, entry to the Melbourne Observation Deck and a full day Go West Great Ocean Road Tour from £155 per person.

Auckland – 5 days

New Zealand is renowned for its magnificent scenery, breathtaking landscape & adrenaline activities. Auckland, the hub of the North Island, is great for museums, trendy bars and its 192 metre bungee jump from the Sky Tower. Auckland is a fantastic starting point to explore all New Zealand has to offer.

We recommend you stay in the Nomads Fat Camel Hostel for £11.50 per person per night.

Los Angeles – 5 days

Visit the 'City of Angels' and experience the glamour & diversity of this wide spread city. Window shop on Rodeo Drive, stroll along Hollywood's 'Walk of Fame' or simply people watch at one of LA's many beaches.

We recommend you stay in the Kawada Hotel 2* from £23 per person per night.
